Potential flag design for a possible libertarian socialist or anarcho-communist or anarcho-socialist society in the USA. I would say that this might just work with the internet and crowdsourcing and all that newfangled stuff. Kind of like how the General Assembly at #OccupyWallStreet works but on a larger scale.
